About David Rouche

David Rouche is a Global Real Estate Advisor with ONE Sotheby's International Realty and specializes in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Parkland and surrounding areas. David is passionate about the tech industry and the ability to innovate businesses in a calculated way. He has been a licensed real estate agent in South Florida since 2015 and joined ONE Sotheby's International Realty in 2022 to grow his business and better serve his clients. 

David was born in Paris, France and moved to Boca Raton with his family in July 2000.  He has family, friends, and clients in different countries throughout the globe and is fluent is both French and English. This made the Sotheby's International Realty unrivaled brand very appealing to David, as he is able to leverage the Sotheby's global network to connect his clients all around the world directly with a real estate hyper-local expert in their markets. 

Currently living in Parkland, FL with his wife and son, David is making sure his name is heard throughout the neighborhood.  He is committed to helping his clients with all of their real estate needs and is always available to answer any questions or concerns.  He is eager to continue to learn, and to grow the DZ Premier Group in the South Florida real estate market while providing the highest quality of service to his clients.

Aside from real estate, David has a background working in the dental laboratory industry for over a decade and now has a nationwide clientele of dentists that he has grown and curated over the years.  He has now formed this niche real estate clientele serving dentists, doctors, and lawyers with all of their real estate needs.  David is a firm believer in providing exceptional customer service to ensure his clients have an excellent experience buying or selling their home, investment property, practice, or anything else.  He takes the time to understand the individual needs of his clients and finds the best solutions for them.
